At Exmark Property Management, our goal is simple. We help families in crisis find beautiful interim housing with fully furnished homes in a clean and safe environment. We have been in business since 2020, and since then, we have helped many families move into nice, clean, and modern properties.
Our Story
During Christmas of 2018, we had an unfortunate incident of a destructive house fire. Our family relocated to a hotel shortly because that was the available option then. However, living in a hotel for 3 weeks with 3 children, all under 7 years of age, was extremely difficult and life-changing. And that’s when we realized that there was a lack of reliable short-term housing options available for families in crisis.
Providing Housing Assistance Since 2020
In June 2019, we were able to move back into our home. The fire was a life-changing event, and our situation inspired us to turn it into a positive outcome. We bought our first house in March 2020 and decided to start Exmark Property Management to help families who need temporary housing during a crisis.
